Springing Forward at the Haltom City Public Library

Spring is in full swing, and there's a lot coming up at the library.

For those of you who love to watch movies (and who doesn’t?), we have increased the limit of DVD checkout limit from 10 DVDs per card to 15.

Super Science Saturday continues on the 1st Saturday of the month at 9:00 a.m. The theme for April 1st is Rockets, and the theme for May 6th is Geology. Super Science Saturday - where science meets fun - is appropriate for ages 6 to 12.

Representatives from the Library will be at the Haltom City Carfest on April 1st handing out bookmarks. The Easter Bunny will be there!

The Easter Bunny will take time again out his/her busy schedule to make a special appearance at the April 13th Preschool Story Time at 10:30 a.m. Bring your camera!

Relax and have fun with us at Coloring and Cookies for Grown Ups on the First Friday evening of every month at 6:30 p.m. (yes, after the library is closed!). All supplies provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Coloring and Cookies will be held on April 7th and May 5th.

The Library will be showing HOP on April 10th at 6:30 p.m. for Family Movie Night. The Secret Life of Pets will be shown on May 8th.
Everyone looks forward to the Friends of the Haltom City Public Library’s annual book sale. The sale is right around the corner. Mark your calendar for the following times and dates:
